"Good Points:- 1 - Excellent Shower 2 - Very clean and modern 3 - Very helpful staff 4 - Excellent location Bad points:- 1 - Please check your charges from Cafe Avignon on 1st Floor. They don't provide you with an itemised bill - just a charge on your card. 2 - Air con unit is extremely noisy !!!! 3 - Room was small in comparison 4 - They dont make it clear that there is complimentary coffee available at Cafe Avignon."

"Only reason 4 star was because of Dani or else I would have given it lower. Dani was the only staff that is exceptional. She was friendly, and helpful. She made up for the rest of the staff, especially the ones in the cafe, it’s like they hated working there."

"The room was very nice and very convenient to walkable sites. Check in was pleasant, odd desk area. Elevators are super slow and 2 out of order during part of the stay. This is a party hotel for young people with very loud music. Waited for 10 min to get our free drink and watched the bartender wait on all the young gals, gave our drink tickets to someone else and left. If you want ice or a mini fridge/ plan a long wait for it to arrive. Nice bed and room amenities. It was perfect for our needs."
