"It is, in fact, one of the worst hotels in the world in the so called 5-4 start category, literally, you can see here that I know about that, being a Platinum member. There is no way this hotel is a 5 start hotel. Not even 3. It is not clean. They do not have good closets. Food is terrible and overpriced. No room service.
