"Estábamos de aniversario y ni siquiera una felicitación. Al llegar no funcionaba un elevador entonces el acceso era una pérdida de tiempo estando de vacaciones. Tuvimos que pasar más de 40 minutos esperando para subir a la habitación porque dos elevadores estaban dañados, uno llegaba solo al piso 6 y el único que funcionaba demoraba demasiado ya que eran 31 pisos. Nos quejamos y el personal fue grosero y no hicieron nada. Cobran Resort Fee pero no lo utilizan en las instalaciones entonces nos sentimos estafados y perdimos mucho tiempo con el problema de los asensores. Muy mal servicio al cliente."

"If you want the hustle and bustle of Times Square this is the perfect location. Excellent views from higher floors and the room and hotel are very clean. The staff was very helpful and upgraded us to a higher floor when we checked in. If it’s your first time in New York City, this is a great location Midtown so you can take the subway."
