Special recognition goes to the cafeteria staff they are amazing and very helpful! Perhaps they should consider working at the front desk! My room had a lovely view but needs a renovation; it looks very worn."

Now I can understand stuff happens but to pay $500 a night with no air is crazy. I wasn’t offered a discount or even an accommodation at a sister hotel.
