"Hotel is like a city with 2000 rooms and the lobby starts from 8 floor onwards Rooms are clean and tidy , the staff are very hospitable , and the breakfast spread aa Alacarte or buffet was great as you have two options to choose Only one concern is that being Elite Gold plus is useless in Mariott as it does not have any privileges or importance. I am a gold Elite plus member but I found it useless,being platinum or titanium has its advantages of room upgrade or using the the club facilities...

"Hotel is undergoing a renovation. We were given a floor that hasn’t been updated 1. No hot water for shower. Engineering came to try to fix—states that you have to turn on sink faucet to help pull hot water for the shower due to old ‘valves’/switches 2. Wall paper peeling from wall 3. Whirlpool/hot water tub out of service At 300 night and Marriott member—this was one of my worse experiences The only saving grace was the breakfast buffet although at a premium price $28"
