"We have stayed at the Edge before and like it for the quiet and convenient location for our needs. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, however we did have an issue having to wait a long ways for our stored luggage to be retrieved for us. The rooms are very small but comfortable, however we had a difficult time keeping the room temperature at a comfortable level and lost sleep because of it."

"Nice staff, bedding could be more comfortable but overall clean and well maintained."

"I was overall happy with my stay of two nights. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was great and hot. I can see why some reviews felt that cleanliness can be held at a higher standard but really the room just needed fresh paint and new curtains. I would consider staying again because it was great for a budget option as a young adult."

"Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room"

"Great place to stay and convenient to cruise terminal."

"Quiet. Everything you need in the safe neighborhood. Subway to everywhere right outside the door"

Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme"

"Room very comfortable and spacious. I was with my dad that has special needs and he was very happy with the stay."

"Overall, the hotel is good, the only issue that we had was the check in. The room was not ready by the time we arrived, check in time is 3 pm but by 4 pm is still not ready, We had to leave for a game so we don’t know what time the room was ready since we came back to the hotel late at night but I know another family was waiting for at least two hours and there were few other families waiting as well. Hotel is well maintained, room is clean but need a little update in the bathroom, shower head...

"Although, the property was impressive, I was not too thrilled with the front desk agents that worked on the weekend of October 24th & 25th(day shift). They were both rather rude when I inquired about the service policy. I decided to sleep in on Saturday & due to it being 3pm, I was unable to have my room cleaned. This being a Titanium Elite Member with Bonvoy! However, I wish I would have asked the front agents name that checked me in on Friday night. He was rather pleasant & accommodating."

"Good location for visiting Columbia University"
