The Montague On The Gardens

10/10 Excellent
"We loved this hotel! It was the best combination of traditional and updated, in a lovely location and no detail was missed by the wonderful staff. The bartenders in the Leopard bar are wonderful and make the loveliest cocktails. They introduced to me a new gin that is now my favorite. The deluxe king room held a family of three perfectly with a cozy separate bed for our teenage daughter. A tall third person though may find it a be cramped. And for summer in London the air conditioning cannot be beat. If you have the chance, definitely choose this hotel. You won’t regret it. It felt like our home away from home in London."

"Friendly arrival and check in by staff who offered us sheets for our bedding due to heatwave (duvets would be too warm). Fan in the room kept it cooler. Very clean rooms and main areas. Excellent time spent there - I would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely book again. Thank you."

Zedwell Underground Hotel Tottenham Court Road

8/10 Good
"The place was nice with basic amenities . I also liked the ironing room but some irons cause stains so be careful which you pick and test first. Staff were barely there - very inattentive. Gave looks when you didn’t know you have to register your check in on an iPad and looked like it was a chore to help. The place is underground which is an unusual experience. I found it a little frightening but would try again. Note that you can hear and feel the underground trains - this did not bother me. Good location and cheap place for a one-night stay!"
