"Spacious room, staff great and helpful as always"

"All good."

"We stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo – Premier Grand floor twice during our vacation in Japan, and I can confidently say that both stays exceeded our expectations! What impressed us most, however, was the exceptional personal service we received from every staff member we encountered, especially the housekeeping team! They worked tirelessly to ensure that our room was spotless, welcoming, and...

"Would stay again. The staff were so helpful and nice. Great coffee from the machine and nice to have it on the terrace in the morning. Useful toiletries to pick up at the desk. Comfortable bed. Fridge kettle etc everything you need for a city break."

"Unreal experience"

"LOVED the amenities. It was hard to leave!! I booked this naively unknowing what a love hotel was, but I had such a great time. If you’re a solo traveler looking for some luxury, don’t count this place out"

"Great location- liked the 1br suite, includes wet bar and snacks as well as nice breakfast options."

"Great to have airport shuttle. The breakfast was excellent with variety meal to try. Staff was nice."

"地點相當方便、員工親切友善、附近有24小時的Welcia、全家、7-11跟Lawson 都是走路就可以到！"

"Our overall 4 night stay in Tokyo at the illi Tas was sub par. The facility itself was clean, modern but has not been maintained well. Freezer was not operational, Huge crack in Window, difficult to reach Management as no one is onsite, etc. Unfortunately Management team did not step up and compensate our stay in anyway hence we had to endure and facilitate for these issues during our stay as we had prepaid for our booking. Very disappointed in the overall Management of this property!"

"Would definitely stay here again. Location is convenient. Great hotel."

"Gran hotel, súper ubicado !"

"Room was big and clean, toilet and shower were amazing! Free wine, whisky and samples of different products! Amazing hotel and very nice staff. Area is a night life area so be prepared for a bit of lights and colour!"

"The rooms were very nice and comfortable albeit they are quite small."

"the best of the best"

"The hotel is located in a quiet area of Shinjuku and makes it a good base to visit Tokyo. The property is very clean, our room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was super nice and helpful and spoke English very well. The rooms were cleaned every day and there is a laundry room with very efficient washing machines and dryers. If I return to Tokyo I will definitely stay here again!"
