"The staff were incredibly kind, the lounges were also quiet and clean as well. The rooms were spectacular and they also provided new towels each day. They make sure you are not disturbed and caution on not making much noise. Thank you for the pleasant experience, I shall stay here again. "

"Very close to Shinagawa Station yet still a very quiet room. Lots of amenities nearby including restaurants, 7 Eleven, drug store... Only downside was the room was a bit warm and A/C was not very effective."

"Our stay at ANA Holiday Inn Tokyo Bay was wonderful. The bay view was amazing both during the day and the lights at night. The buffet breakfast was great with a wide selection of food offerings. The rooms were clean and quiet and the amenities were available at the lobby. A special perk was the wine and juice during the evening. The lobby smelled lovely too. The staff were very helpful even though some of them couldn’t speak English very well. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Monorail and the Rinkai line and a 7-11 store. Overall, highly recommended."
