"Very clean and modern hotel. Room feels spacious, but is not much counter space because the furniture is designed to be minimalist. The breakfast spread is very good. They have coffee and matcha machines. Staff is very cosmopolitan and most of them speak English quite well. The hotel guests are also quite international. There is a 24 hour Family Mart attached to the hotel, so you do not need to brave the elements if you need anything at any time. The only drawback is that the location is quite poor. There are not many good eating places and although on Google maps it is a ten minute train ride from Tokyo station, be aware that the JE Keio line (on which Shiomi station lies) is a long 11-minute from Tokyo station proper. Factor that in when calculating travelling times."

"The hotel is pretty and luxurious. The staff is good besides the upselling of more expensive rooms. Bar is pretty expensive. Manager was nice with allowing early check in, though."

"This room type size is sufficient for two people stay. The staffs are friendly and helpful, they can speak English. If have difficulty to understand, everything could be resolve with Google translate. Only few minutes walk to the train station, with AEON supermarket nearby. A good area, quiet, convenient. I’ll stay in this hotel again for the future visit. "
