"Thix hotel is quite tired and urgently needs a refresh. Our room had a big stain on the rug, which was generally not clean. Some things have been updated, many others have not. Concerns raised to hotel management were fobbed off and basically not addressed. There are weird automatic flushing toilets (never seen this before) that don’t work properly and flush at inappropriate times and very loudly. They urgently need to get their act together.
