"Staff were friendly. Very clean and good value for money. A lot of litter in the entrance outside due to a council bin overflowing which isn’t the hotels fault. The doors did stop working whilst we were there and the sockets in the room seemed to be poorly maintained but, not an issue we just used a different socket. All in all, a pleasant stay."

We were so pleased with the level of service that we decided to become Marriott members during our stay, and Shannon kindly helped us set that up as well. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout—she made a big difference to our stay. We’d also like to mention the breakfast staff—Kamila, Leah, Ramandeep, and Roger—who were all friendly, efficient, and made our mornings even more enjoyable."
