"The room was accessible it was spacious and well planned. There could have been a better design for hanging clothes as the hangers were not a great fit but otherwise the room was comfortable. The beds very comfortable Clean. Staff efficient and friendly but professional Breakfast was great well arranged. A really pleasant experience and stay. Would recommend. It would be nice to have tea making facilities in room but that would be a minor issue"

"Our room was very tiny but the hotel was in a great location right next to Paddington Station, on a tree lined street. The neighborhood was beautiful and great for walking to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Plenty of restaurants around and bus stations to go anywhere you want. Overall, a great experience."

"The staff were helpful and the room clean. It is a nice place to stay. We were not so thrilled with the self serve components, but we understand that is the style. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. We found the small window made it feel a bit claustrophobic, but that is probably just because in comparison to our home, the space was darker. We didn't have the breakfast, but saw other people eating it and it looked fabulous. Staff were always super helpful and the room was well designed. While not our style, I would recommend it for other people who are more used to the apartment style. The location could not be better - short walk to two different subway stations- one being paddington station. It was a great place to stay when trying to see the city."
