"Conviene to walk"

"Wonderful place to stay!"

"The room was clean. The staff was very accommodating"

"If you are looking for old-world charm, this fabulous hotel has it in spades. This is every bit a 5 star hotel. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and the staff is impeccable. Attention to detail is the rule. Breakfast was fabulous and the lobby is a wonderful place to relax and have a drink after a night out. At first the neighborhood seemed a bit on the gritty side, but that seems to be much less of an issue after we got the hang of things and were more comfortable. We think...

"Good hotel with an impressive rooftop view and lovely room. Gym was not available when we arrived in the evening and in the morning at 8.00 I was told it is closed because guests are still sleeping. Super disappointed that I couldn’t use the gym and staff were not helpful in making any arrangements. Opening times are not available online nor on the gym door so I found myself twice in front of a locked door ready to workout."

"Excellent location right in the heart of the pedestrian zone and right across the street from Teatro Massimo di Palermo. The rooms are beautiful and the hallways decorated with paintings and sculptures. Only negative was the limited check-in time which ends at 7:00 PM. Be sure to arrive early. Otherwise, highly recommended!"

"Een prachtig huis met mooie kamers! Gelegen middenin het bruisende centrum, maar toch in een rustige straat gelegen, zodat het geluidsoverlast minimaal is. Stille, schone kamers.

"Wonderful staff Very helpful and knowledgeable"

"Just had an unfortunate experience with this hotel. Upon arriving after a long flight w/ no sleep all night, we were told that they did not have a room for us that was booked & pd in Feb. We asked why not another room but we were told they were fully booked even though throughout the 4 days we were back & forth at the hotel we never saw one guest anywhere. It was so odd & like nothing we have ever experienced at a hotel before. They said we would have to stay at another hotel across town. The...

"Location was perfect. Walkable to many sites. Staff was very helpful, carried my luggage up steps. Great, affordable option. I recommend staying here."

"Found the property easily enough. Check in was ok, though I was left hanging about for a little bit. It's one of these inner city rooms type of places so not a 'proper' hotel, if you know what I mean. I had to lodge a €100 deposit which I wasn't expecting and hadn't been required in any other places I stayed on this trip. The deposit was refunded in good time not long after I checked out. The room was modern and had everything I needed. Location was bang in the middle of Palermo and I really...

"This was the most beautiful stay. This was our first time in Sicily and I loved our first stop in Palermo because of Heritage Collection Palermo B&B. The room was exactly as pictured, modern but with the original architecture around it. It was so clean, quiet, and with a perfect balcony in the room to experience Palermo. Roberta was so attentive and the sweetest woman! She was able to arrange proper transportation from airport to the B&B and it was so seamless. She had excellent communication...

"this is the nicest hotel i have ever stayed at. the interiors and materials are beautiful. the staff was very nice and super helpful. I would visit Palermo again just stay at this hotel again."
