We had the pleasure of staying in this hidden gem in Palermo. The owners are terrific, and went over and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is perfect, and close to everything in Palermo. I hope in your travels, that you visit Palermo. A wonderful place, and definitely consider Palazzo del Poeta. Five Stars for sure.

This was probably one of the nicest boutique hotels we have stayed in with amazing friendly staff. Great location to explore the city. Wonderful breakfast and complementary cakes and coffee throughout the day. The property was a wonderful peaceful haven of calm to return to after exploring the busy city. We loved this little gem of a boutique hotel - the facilities and general comfort were beyond expectations. The staff were absolutely outstanding - with the reception staff changing our sheets when I spilt water on the bed! This property, which has been newly renovated, is a true work of art. Entering from a narrow street, you are immediately immersed into a space that is a modern take on the timeless architecture of this district. The touches of exposed stone walls along with artful lighting and playful objects d'art make the lobby a dramatic entry into an impeccably refurbished hotel. This is a small boutique property, with each room uniquely and beautifully furnished. Our room was very spacious, and even had a soaking tub in the bedroom area. The bed was heavenly and the room incredibly quiet. We wish we had more time to have stayed in this jewel of a hotel!
