"Conviene to walk"

"Beautiful accommodation in great location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If we ever came back to Palermo we would be sure to stay again. Thank you."

"We had the 2 level suite with a garden. It was spacious, lovely and secure. The garden area was shared with a second room, but we never saw our neighbors. The hotel is in a convenient location near a busy street, but at the back of the property it was quiet. The staff was marvelous. Thanks!"

"La ubicacion del hotel excelente, al lado de Quattro Canti, Via Maqueda, gran variedad de restaurantes y lounges, lugares donde venden souvenirs. El desayuno estaba incluido, rico, fresco y muy completo en general. La atención excelente. Lo unico que no nos gusto fue que llevabamos mi parena y yo maletas pesadas, y el hotel queda en el segundo y tercer piso y no hay ascensor. De resto, todo muy bien."

"Excellent location"

"Nice rooftop with a wonderful view and warm and nice receptionist!"

"Managed apartments, not a hotel. Reception was closed very early so nobody to help. Breakfast was at cafe next door. Rooms were clean, large and great views."

"Amazing staff and perfect amenities! The A/C gave us a hard time and it was hot at night but the pool was awesome during the day!"

"イタリアのホテルらしく水場は古いけど、部屋は清潔。ルーフトップレストランの眺めが素晴らしかった。クアトロクァンティや彫刻広場が見えた。"

"this is the nicest hotel i have ever stayed at. the interiors and materials are beautiful. the staff was very nice and super helpful. I would visit Palermo again just stay at this hotel again."

"Piazza noisy late at night, but wonderful location with many restaurants a few steps away."

"Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Found the property easily enough. Check in was ok, though I was left hanging about for a little bit. It's one of these inner city rooms type of places so not a 'proper' hotel, if you know what I mean. I had to lodge a €100 deposit which I wasn't expecting and hadn't been required in any other places I stayed on this trip. The deposit was refunded in good time not long after I checked out. The room was modern and had everything I needed. Location was bang in the middle of Palermo and I really...

"Location was perfect. Walkable to many sites. Staff was very helpful, carried my luggage up steps. Great, affordable option. I recommend staying here."

"観光地、レストランが徒歩圏内、スタッフの対応が非常に丁寧で評価できる。 ただホテルのロビーや室内に蚊がいるのはいただけない。"

"Wonderful staff Very helpful and knowledgeable"
