"The room was clean, spacious and quiet. There were not enough towels for our group of 4 but the helpful staff brought those immediately. The only misshap we had was with breakfast. Our room rate had a breakfast buffet included, and the receptionist who checked us in mentioned it to be at the lounge. Unfortunately, in the morning we did not see any signage for the buffet and figured out that the lounge had to be the restaurant where a few people were eating breakfast at that time. We ended up being fully charged for the meal. When we addressed the issue at the reception desk, the first receptionist said we had no breakfast included but backed-off once shown the Expedia reservation. The second receptionist (coincidentally the one who checked us in) said she had told us where to go for breakfast. There was no time to have a longer conversation with the staff because we had leave for our flight. So advice for future guests: make sure you know where the lounge at this hotel is."

"We're still waiting for the hotel to resolve a significant issue during our stay and they don't seem to be interested, so unfortunately leaving this terrible review. There was a constant banging happening overnight that apparently nobody could figure out where it was coming from. They have signs up saying that they're doing maintenance at the hotel, but they insisted that there is no maintenance being done overnight. We have a audio recording of the banging but the staff apparently could figure it out."

"The hotel advertised that there will be luggages storages. We check out briefly because going to the north for a w/e bit will be back to the hotel for 4 more days after. We had told the front desk that was our plan to leave 2 luggages and they refused we didn’t see a lot of people at las for luggages storage. After a lot negotiation 2 luggages stayed in their store room. Please have them advertise clear the storage lugged only for certain hours. The downstairs of the hotel has Plenty of space which could be utilized. Very disappointed at the rude attitudes of some desk staffs."

"It is very important that a hotel have coffee for its guests, especially in the morning. Having a coffee maker that does not work in the reception area is not good for a public image. Although the hotel is very clean and well capped, I don’t wanna have to call before I book my hotel to see if they have working coffee makers in the administration area."
