There were 2 separate hairs on the bed, one on each side, behind the pillows, noted when we first arrived. There was debris on the floor near the side of the bed which told me no one vacuumed after the last person stayed in this room. Sloppy cleaning practices.

I'll say I've stayed in Vaughan version of the Monte Carlo and it was brutal beyond your wildest imagination. This one in Brampton is apples to oranges. The front staff is amazing. Even learnt my name. The kitchen staff is amazing! The rooms are clean everyone is so nice.. definitely worth the extra drive for medical reasons to t.o. for sure! Vaughan ya not so much rude dickmittens there pardon my french!
