"There was a mild inconvenience with regards to the water not being able to work. As a result, the hotel had to shut off the water which was disruptive to our stay as my husband and I could not have a bath. In addition, when the water came back, brown liquid was coming out of the taps. It was no ones fault that the pipes burst, the hotel was very accommodating but having us pay half price."
