"Everything was extremely well thought out and comfortable for an extended stay. Apartment was quiet and bright. There was no conventional oven in the Kitchenette but there was a small microwave and a two-burner electric cooktop. They supplied a perfect array of cookware and dishes for two people.Great having a dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Cable TVs worked well but no streaming services. Get to the buffet breakfast early as they run out of several popular items by 8:30. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Some problem with one of the washing machines. Had to repeat the wash in another machine as it had stopped after 10 minutes. Reported problem to front desk and they said they were aware of the problem and had called the company to service it. I suggested the put a sign on the washer which they did."

"Hyatt Place properties are always comfortable and spacious. However, this stay was absolutely miserable. PLEASE, if you're assigned room 124, turn around and run. Grievances: -arrived 345p (3p check-in), told room wasn't ready-why? -4a woke up to loud music in hallway; 415a, went to investigate-it was coming through the hotel's speakers; asked night Clerk to turn it down, he did -630a started 2 straight hours of slamming doors; it was the kitchen staff prepping breakfast; idea-prop the door open if people are coming in/out every 90 seconds -830a, finally slows down and I get back to sleep -915a, housekeeping bangs on door to see if I'm still there; maybe should've had the do not disturb sign out but, this was just the proverbial cherry on top to a horrific night's sleep As noted above, it may have just been a bad room location but, the staff needs to be informed to be a lot more diligent in keeping noise way down."

"Room was very clean,bed was comfortable,staff was absolutely warm ,welcoming and professional, Wifi was a bit slow and difficult to connect to on game consoles. Overall a great experience. "

"The staff were very friendly and hospitable. They took great pride in helping their guests have a great stay. The room was very clean, however there was an overpowering bleach smell in the room that gave me a headache. I appreciated the cleanliness, but perhaps the room could have been ventilated better. The pool was probably my families favorite amenity. It was very kid friendly with a basketball hoop. As a mom of young children, I appreciated this as it tired my kiddos out. The rooms were of a very nice size especially compared to the price we paid. My kids were fighting over who got to sleep on the pull out couch. We also liked that the toilet snd shower were separate from the bathroom sink. This made it convenient as we didn't have to overcrowd the bathroom area. The location was nice, but the pickleball arena nearby had loud music playing very late into the night, so bring earplugs or a white noise machine if you aren't a fan of that during sleep. It also made parking a little confusing. Perhaps better sign postage for parking for guests would help this confusion. Overall, I would reccomend this hotel for its cleanliness and family-friendly atmosphere."
