"Stay was much better than the last thanks to stapler customer service from the staff, unfortunately we were hoping to use the amenities but a significant amount were closed for renovations. Wish that was disclosed during the booking process. Still, would stay here again"

"The staff , breakfast,cleanliness of the hotel ,is wonderful. That has been my favorite hotel for the past few months since I’m in Ca every month.The only draw back are the metal beds they put in recently. They squeak when you sit on them , and it is most annoying when you turn over during the night . I’ve stayed in different rooms , so it isn’t just one bed . My stay last night was good until two in the morning when I turned over , and there was a loud clanking noise . I have complained and I do believe the management is working on the problem. I hope they resolve it soon , because I do like the hotel."

Quality Inn Riverside near UCR and Downtown

"It’s purely for a bed and shower. You are not here for comfort or luxury. I saw used condoms on the ground. Spiderwebs on the stairs. I never had my room cleaned or trashed emptied. I dunno if it was a call for it or what. Mystery stains on the walls maybe mold who knows. Toilet clogged and they did come up and help fix that. Breakfast they lock the front doors so you have to enter a side door. Pretty sure a homeless couple were there taking hoards of food. They hogged the waffle maker and spilled their multiple coffee cups as they made their escape. Heck the male tried to take the crumb tray!! Parking didn’t feel safe or secure. ESP with the dirt lot next door. Again. This is just a cheap simple hotel. Also no elevators."

"This was an amazing experience!!!! First time staying at a Double Tree and nothing to compare with Garden Inn by Hilton!!! These people are really professionals and super friendly and knowledgeable,… and above all,… dedicated to their jobs! Even the people staying at the hotel were also friendly, we felt like “community “ Thank you Refugio for taking care of us coming from a long drive (San Diego)"
