"I liked that they took dogs but when I went to check in the associate behind the desk told me no pets, then tried to act like he was doing me a favor because they do not except emotional support dogs as service dogs, there were no coffee cups or coffee but there was a coffee maker which was disgusting, (I took pictures) the breakfast was 1 item only, some of the doors on my floor had no door handles and brackets on the door and the remote for the TV had tape as a back and didn't even turn TV on."
