"Airport transportation was great - we did have to call when we got there but after the initial call only waited about ten min! Right across from the mall where we got drinks/pizza for the night, which is why we chose this hotel (we had more time than just sleeping for the night - so appreciated so many options within walking distance!) Didn’t love the food from the hotel bar - but they were quick with drinks at the pool and were reasonably priced. Would stay again - amazing option for airport...

"I’ll start by saying that the result is not a five star resort. Probably four stars at most is reasonable. overall, I would rank it 4 out of five. It is a good resort for children with the waterpark, food options are very good for all inclusive for and generally a reasonable quality. The service was also very good with some minor exceptions here and there. The downside is that it looks more of a rundown hotel where it comes to the rooms, The beach though is pretty when it comes to the sand...

"This is a really hard review to write. The staff tried so hard to make sure everything was good, but at the first sign of us not being satisfied - they turned on us. You could tell we were “that Expedia couple who only gave 4 stars”… The beach is unusable and the seaweed is literally out of control… like 2-4ft high piles on the beach… right in front of the diamond club. Completely disgusting to look at and to smell. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you are going for a beach holiday- this is not...

"The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more."

"The breakfast very good"

"The Cuisine was excellent, the staff was amazing & always friendly, the rooms were fantastic with marble bathrooms & marble showers, the maid staff was totally top shelf professionals, and for the Ferrara Family, there is no better resort in Mexico. Kempinski is the clear winner as best Cancun resort. Joel, Ronald, Javier, Reynoldo, at the poolside service & Cassitta Restaurant were terrific, these guys are just hell bent on making you wanna keep coming back to Kempinski, the young man & young...

"It was luxurious in every way. It’s very quiet though, so if you’re not a fan, skip. But it’s a great way to feel relaxed. And because of it being so quiet, all the staff members are incredibly attentive and remember you by name."

"Overall, a great experience and stay in Cancun! The staff are amazing, especially Santiago and Rubi (who makes amazing tacos). The room was very nice, although the jacuzzi tub creaked heavily on one side when filled so we decided against using it, and there were two small spots of mold in the shower area. The pools were very nice and clean as with all the restaurants and bars. Like I said, overall great experience and would stay here again, just some lackluster spots in the room."

"Very clean and very nice staff :-)"
