Having a butler makes a world of difference. ​The dining here is impressive, with every specialty restaurant delivering a 5-star feel. ​Skip the buffet and stick to the themed restaurants. The resort’s app and website make it very easy for all guests to book tables without waiting in long lines. The 24-hour pools, incredible food, and standout staff make this a stellar choice. I definitely recommend booking"

"Purchased an ocean view and had a view of the property pool. Woke up with poop water covering the floor in my suite because a pipe had broken. The staff tell you anything to get you out their hair or lie to you. Adult pool closes at 7 which does nothing for guest who want to experience an adult only resort because now you have to get in a pool with a dozen kids. "

"I spent a lot of money expecting to enjoy a relaxing vacation, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The room had ants and roaches, and management wanted to send people to spray the room while we were staying there. When you’re on vacation, the last thing you want is to worry about bugs getting into your luggage or belongings. The property is also extremely big, so you constantly need golf carts to get around. Sometimes we had to wait close to 30 minutes just to get picked up and go from one place to another. Customer service was poor, especially when trying to get help or solve issues. The restaurants themselves were good, but getting into them was very difficult because everything was overcrowded and busy. Unless you made reservations two days ahead, your chances of getting in were very low. Overall, the resort looks nice, but the experience did not match the amount of money we paid."
