I stayed for 6 days and I wish I could have stayed longer. The resort is absolutely stunning and the rooms were so nice! The staff is very very kind, helpful, polite and just make the experience ever better! Is most definitely in my top favorite places I have stayed.
Our concierges, Galindo and Natalia were very efficient with their care and with making reservations with amazing restaurants. The hotel rooms were clean and the staff were all welcoming.
This place is so beautiful. I would 100% go back. The service was amazing, friendliest staff ever. Food was amazing. The bartenders were great. Loved this place so much, wish we would’ve extended our trip longer if I would’ve know how great this place was
Great experience! We loved everything and especially the coffee shop and the ice cream place
They are very thoughtful! They gave us a handmade gift before we left!!
Amazing property, clean, perfect for families! Aljandro at cafe and Gastro were both super nice and pleasant to deal with. They both went above and beyond. I will be coming back here for sure. Such a luxurious hotel and with lots of activities.
Pool was 5 foot deep with plenty of space, swim up open bar and slides for children in the pool for kids. Beautiful resort, the staff was amazing all kind and very helpful.Rooms were cleaned and organized we were given fresh towels everyday also a restock on snacks and water if we were running low on the items.
We recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort and had a wonderful experience overall. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The food options were excellent with a good variety of restaurants and cuisines to choose from. We especially enjoyed the fresh breakfast selections and evening dining experiences. Drinks were consistently good, and service around the pool and beach was fast and welcoming.
The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and cleaned daily.
Overall, this was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, and we would definitely consider returning in the future. We would recommend this resort to couples, families, or anyone looking for a stress-free all-inclusive getaway.
We stayed at the Paradisus Cancun resort and it was amazing. From the wonderful staff at the pool bar - Mitchel, Carlos, Juan and Isaie - kept our cups filled to the awesome entertainment at night by Giovanni (he is a vibe :), to the relaxing spa treatment with Ruth who was so accommodating and Daniela who gave the best 75minute massage to our concierge Carlos and newbie Jefferson to the front desk staff Janet. It was a perfect vacation for my family. Will definitely go again!
We had an amazing time and experience! All the staff was great specially Aurelio, Victoria, Vyenna, Edgar, jorge with the activities. The room service was great. Our air consditioner was not working the first 2 days but they were so quick to check and fix it. The only downside we had was that everything closed too early and we don’t want to go every night to the strip at a club. We mainly wanted to enjoy our time at the resort.
Staff was very friendly exceeded expectations, the varieties of restaurant was great with plenty of staff did not have to wait to be helped, extremely happy with our stayed. Roger
Wow! Loved this place! We will be back for sure. We go to Cancun ALOT! :-) … and we have stayed at many resort. This is now in our top 3 for sure. It has been recently renovated and everything is new, clean, and nice! Pool is great for kids and adults too. We loved our beach facing Canabas! Food at the speciality restaurants is delicious! If you can upgrade to the concierge level… it is totally worth it. We had Galdino and Natalia help all throughout and it was so convenient! They set us up with a Sunset cruise that we had never done in our trips to Cancun… it was phenomenal to watch the sunset on the Lagoon on a boat. If you decide on this resort, you will love it! Overall 5 Stars!

The concierge Omar was excellent. What stood out most about Omar was his personalized approach—they remembered our preferences and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask.
Omar’s knowledge of the resort and surrounding area was impressive, and they offered great suggestions that made our trip even more memorable. Communication was always prompt, whether in person or via phone/message, which made planning incredibly convenient.
Overall, the concierge service specially Omar exceeded expectations and played a huge role in making our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend taking advantage of their services if you stay here.
Beautiful place the view is amazing however did not like that the golf course wasn’t open to the guests for whatever reason, the bar at the hotel closed at 11 so at that time it’s kind of like ok time to go to sleep the pool bar closing at 5 or 6 is also not to my liking. Also first day we got there my group goes to the pool bar we hadn’t even had 1 drink when I asked for 5 shots one for each person in my group and I was denied getting a shot due to a random lady that I didn’t know being drunk I’m all for cutting people off if they’re too wasted but what did that have to do with us we had literally just asked for our first drink of the day. Also the food itself not the best but not the worst overall I give the place a 6.5 out of 10 nice place to relax and get away but could definitely do way better in many aspects
My daughters and I just returned from an incredible stay at Paradisus Cancún, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and service.
A special thank you to our Family Concierge team, Alejandro and Rommel They were attentive, responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. Whether it was answering questions, assisting with reservations, or helping us navigate the resort, they consistently went above and beyond. They made us feel welcomed and valued from the moment we arrived until the day we departed.
The entire staff throughout the resort was exceptional. From the restaurants and bars to housekeeping and guest services, everyone was friendly, hardworking, and eager to help. It is clear that Paradisus has built a culture centered around hospitality and guest experience.
One suggestion I would love to offer is the addition of QR codes for staff tipping. We frequently found ourselves wanting to recognize and reward outstanding service, but we simply ran out of cash. There were several amazing team members we would have loved to tip and thank personally. A secure QR code option would allow guests to easily show appreciation to staff members even when they don't have cash available. I truly believe it would benefit both guests and employees.
Thank you, Paradisus Cancún, for a wonderful graduation celebration trip with my daughter and her friend. We made beautiful memories and look forward to returning in the future.
1.
We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4 (ages 8 and 9 + parents).
2.
The zoning was cleverly executed; the areas for families with children and exclusively for adults allowed us to enjoy a relaxing stay.
3.
The kids club staff were amazing, and our kids loved the diverse activities - water play, ancient instruments, art craft, dance, and more.
I felt very secure to leave my kids, and they wanted to go back again and again.
It was the perfect balance for a restful stay for parents.
4.
The only downside was mosquitoes. My daughter was bitten 12 times, my son 5 times, and my husband and I were each bitten 4 times, mainly inside the building.
And this happened despite my diligent application of insect repellent from the evening onwards, and even though I used a mosquito repellent inside the room.
This was partly due to the season, and perhaps also because we stayed in a first-floor room.
5.
Overall, my impression is that—with its magnificent scenery, pleasant staff, tastefully renovated building, and dining that offers good value for the price—this is a place I would happily recommend to my friends and their families.
Overall we had a great trip at Paradisus, especially considering the resort had only been reopened for a few days.
What we liked: the inside of the resort is beautiful and looks even better at night. The pool is enormous and never felt crowded, even when activities were ongoing. The beach runs the full length of the property, with ample space to enjoy either the sand or sea. The staff were courteous and quick to respond to any requests. Extra credit to the pool bar bartenders who gave equal attention to kids and adults. Our kids loved swimming up and having a frozen drink in their hands in just a few minutes. All of the pool chairs having cushioning was a huge plus, these were some of the most comfortable loungers we’ve experienced anywhere.
What we’d change: the pool chair “reservations” of early risers taking chairs with only towels early in the morning meant few, if any chairs were available by 10am. Fortunately I’m an early riser and was able to reserve as well, but wish there was a more equitable system/policy that lets late sleepers or afternoon arrivals a place to settle. The food is only ok, not great. Fresh sliced tacos were very enjoyable, but everything else was only so-so. it seemed like the buffet needed more frequent replenishment; I assume this will get better as staffing levels reach normal operating capacity. We ate at capella, blue agave and zesty - we liked blue agave the most, the others were kind of like the buffet, ok but not great.
