"Me gustó demasiado el hotel pero definitivamente tienen que poner mejor música más latina ( en español porfa) y que los trabajadores sepan un poco más de lo que tienen pregunte alas 9pm por una tienda y tuvimos que caminar 30 minutos para conseguir una cuando me di cuenta que tenían una adentro del hotel!"

"Ficamos no hotel do dia 21/8 ao 25/8. Esse hotel nos impressionou positivamente!! É impressionante a areia em frente as cabanas, a vibe das redes, o conforto da cabana. Estávamos em 4 pessoas e reservei o quarto com 3 camas, a terceira cama fica no mezanino, e meu filho adorou. O restaurante tem um café da manhã delicioso, e o jantar que já comprei na reserva é muito bem elaborado. Passamos muito bem estes dias. O que não ajudou foi a praia que estava com sargaço, mas o próprio staff do hotel limpava diariamente a areia. O hotel tem uma vibe romântica, calma e rústica. E apesar de ser na areia, e muito arborizado, não vimos aranhas, nem moscas, nem insetos no geral. Por ser cabana inicialmente fiquei com medo de encontrar paranhos, mas a limpeza é ótima. É próximo tanto de Cancún quanto de tulum, o centrinho de playa está super próximo, e como estávamos com carro alugado nossa logística foi ótima!"

"An incredibly dreamy stay, with some of the best hospitality, service, and just pure thoughtfulness that I've experienced. We were a family of 3 (with a young toddler) and Rosewood was a great choice/home base for us as we explored the riviera maya region. I'm itching to go back already."
