"The room was very nice and comfortable. The only problem I encountered was that the phone in the room didn’t work and I was not able to communicate with front desk. Also the save didn’t work as well. There was no lobby to receive the guest with accessible parking. You had to park your car. Go down an elevator to be able to access the lobby with the front desk. Then walk and get to another building, get another elevator to get to your room. You had to do the same ordeal everyday to stamp your parking ticket at the front desk. At night you could hear a lot of noise coming from outside from cars with loud music. Other than this inconvenience everything else was good."

"We had a wonderful time here! The house is charming, and having AC in the bedrooms and movie room is a huge plus. We ended up changing plans so we could spend a day enjoying the pool and games in the yard. One night we grilled on the Blackstone, which was great for not having to cook inside. The hammock is lovely for swinging and looking at the stars. The movie room was fantastic. We were 4 adults, so there was more than enough room for us to put our feet up and watch a movie each night. All the fun finishes and neon signs made the place feel more like a boutique hotel. If you stay here, you must check out the Glenview Bakery for breakfast pastries and the Pollo Rico blues for the best takeaway roast chicken and lechón! The house was very convenient to every place we wanted to go. We booked the Insta-Funable house the night before we arrived due to our previously reserved VRBO becoming unavailable the day before check in. The host was very communicative and receptive. We could ask any question and he got back to us quickly. This was a delightful unexpected stay!"

"Location was great across a small road to the ocean. Very clean and secure. A little tricky finding the address but the host guided us right to the house. Overall good experience "

"The property is beautiful. The pool and pool area is incredible. There were lots of activities around the pool to participate in if you wanted. - pickleball, miniature golf, children's play area, etc. The bar and food is wonderful and the facility itself is amazing. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Don't come to this property to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean Sea - the beach is not beautiful, and the bottom of the water has rocks and seaweed and is not clear. "

"This was everything that I was looking for. The rooms were clean and yard was spacious! The jacuzzi was a plus for sure. I highly recommend the rental property for any future guests. "

"We had an enjoyable stay. Glad we had the whole place to ourselves. There are technically 2 rental units in the one house. The 1st unit had a kitchen with the living/dining area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one had a TV). There is door in the hallway that connects to the 2nd unit, which has a separate mini kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom (with TV). My oldest enjoyed feeling like she had her own apartment for our stay. The mini apartment unit connected to the back terrace area and the laundry. Grateful to be able to wash some clothes. The front 2 bedroom unit had the hot tub which our kids loved! Especially with a TV by the hot tub. We did have to let it heat up for a while to use initially. It is an eco-friendly water system so the temperature of the shower did fluctuate. Be mindful of this with children as it got scolding hot. I thought I was going to have a cold shower, but then it heated up for a few minutes before going cold again. Updated kitchen. Overall everything felt very clean! Easy location to get to. "

"Good Location. Street Parking. Building conditions needs maintainance . Needs to improve A LOT cleanliness. Found the bathroom with hairs all over and had to clean myself it was very disgusting. All the noises from outside can be clearly heard. Only for one night to get through it."
