"The hotel is a descent stay. I disliked the fact that there was no option take the stairs to the parking basement, we had to wait for the elevator. Also as I was waiting for the elevator on of the staff members was rude to a customer. When the customer asked about the parking she was like, did you park last night with us, then you have to pay for parking, there is no such thing as free parking in San Francisco. I think that was unnecessary to say as she could have just explained the policy without the need to be smart and arrogant about it. "

"One of the AC’s didn’t work in my sisters room. My sister said the floor was dirty in her room. Overall the property has been renovated and appears in good condition. The bedding was clean. Family friendly property. There are two coffee shops close by. The staff was messaging us to let us know about limited parking. "

"Clean room, air conditioner worked, good neighborhood with food & coffee options. Quiet hotel and friendly staff. Only annoying part was the light in the bathroom was on a sensor so when you showered it would turn off so you would have to wave back on. Honestly would rebook and return though!! It was a really good stay! "
