No one at the facility when we arrived but we managed to get keys ok from key box .Unfortunatly my key snapped in the lock , the young lady i phoned did her best to sort things out and did .Lovely shower ,good as room was very warm . "We stayed in room 1B in the Vernon Place Courtyard. Was a really convenient location right in the town centre, so all the shops and amenities that location offers. Excellent communication from our host and plenty of easy free overnight parking nearby in the council car parks (free after 8pm till 8am or 10am on Sundays at time of review) .
