"Room was dirty (looked like dirt from building work), and when I reported it, they said they would clean it the next day, obviously not acceptable. When pushed on the, they moved me to another room but it certainly wasn't their initial offer. "

"Clean room but for the money and for what it is - don't set your expectations high! The room does have all you need for a night's stay - but no more, and it would be pretty unbearable with two people. The finishings look very cheap - but having said all of that, it was clean and there were some clever designs to get everything you need into a small space. "
