"Good location - so convenient for sightseeing. Had comfortable bed with nice bedspread. Was mostly quiet location.
Probably 4.5 stars overall: Some minor improvements in experience on a few fronts could have made it perfect. "

"The staff were very friendly and couldnât do enough for you.
Room was great, it was a bit of an expedition trying to get to bed as only one way in and out but we had many laughs about this over our stay.
Would definitely use again.
Breakfast was lovely too, especially flat breads đ"
"When booking I asked for a room on the front of the hotel âŠI got it âŠ..When checking out I asked for an extra hour âŠI got it âŠVery enjoyable stay x"
"I was only there for one night but thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The room was small but exactly what I needed for the night, it was clean and the air conditioning was perfect. The breakfast has great options, and I have nothing but good things to say about the location and everything else about this location"
"Fantastic location. Restaurant and bar very good. Breakfast buffet very good. Bridge view room was brilliant with an amazing panoramic view of Tower Bridge, River Thames and surrounding areas.
Only downside was the bathroom in need of an update.
Would definitely visit again. "
"The hotel is located in a lovely area that is close to numerous great attractions and dining options- including the Lamprey restaurant in the hotel, which was great! It seemed like a very safe and peaceful area and the hotel is a short walk from the tower hill tube station, so it was really easy to get to other places from there. The hotel itself is quite nice- clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend it to others and I would definitely stay there again myself. Great experience overall! "
