The staff went beyond our expectations as my sister left her phone in a cab and they called the cab company and tracked down the phone and it was waiting in our room when we returned to the hotel. "The deluxe loft was very spacious. Perfect for 3 people, but could have slept more if needed. Everything was super clean. Short walk to Dontonbori area. You can hear some cars on the highway but it wasn’t loud or annoying. Overall, excellent place. Would definitely recommend if staying in Osaka and looking to be close to the main tourist attraction of Dontonbori "
