"Breakfast was great had plenty of options for the family, it also had a great weekend hours so we didn’t feel rushed to get up early so we don’t miss it. We needed a cot and was surprised it was only $10 a night for one! Staff was friendly would recommend location as it was central to a lot of things to do!"

"The unit is located in a nice setting on a bay with a marina in view.Beach access is different than we expected, but multiple, beautiful public beaches are only a short drive away.Shower water pressure is wonderful , if like me, that’s a thing you value."

"My boyfriend, dog, and I stayed here for 5 days. The host was very quick at responding, we had a great time, and it’s only 5 minutes from the beach. The place was definitely cleaned but we found cockroaches in the cabinets and spiders in the showers. It looked like some of the bugs had been sprayed but not wiped after on top of the shower. When we walked in it smelled really bad and there was mold in the air vents. Also floor in the kitchen is falling in. There is definitely rotten wood framing under the sub floor. The lint catcher in the dryer had brown spots all in it and a bunch of screws in the floor that key stabbing us. There’s also a lot of homeless in the area and right in front of a graveyard which would have been nice to know. I do think this place has a lot of potential if the owner would put some money into it but the listing I saw online was not accurate to what I saw in person. I don’t think it’s worth what I paid. It definitely looks a lot newer in the photos online."

"It was excellent—mainly because they accepted our dog. They charged us 35 per night for him, plus a $100 deposit. Among the good hotels in the area, there are only about five that accept pets, and this one is excellent."

"It was actually quite this time. Then check out day the door closed and didn’t have my key was locked out but after 3 times they came and let me in they are all Awesome "

"Sink would not drain, front door did not shut all the way, overall cleanliness could have been better (bathroom), liked the complimentary Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, not enough parking spots, charge $35 to check in early"
