"Terrible service by the front desk lady and the manager!!!!!! Wrong charges on smoke detectors by $250 … scamming people who stayed there by saying your room smoke detector activated and you have to pay $250 . We were not in the room that time and we have to get video proof from the restaurant where we had dinner on that time and waste our whole last day in the trip !!!! Stay where ever you want other than this scamming resort who don’t have 1% of Hospitality understanding how to take care the precious costumers who give them the business!!!!! Worst stay ever!!!!!!!!!"

But compared to spending $20 on breakfast for one, it served its purpose. I will definitely stay here again! **the only problem I had was the people above me stomping around frequently. "Jacuzzi was broken and they didn’t even have a sign. Also make sure hotels books the right room through the we got no vie when we paid extra and they said since I rented via third party they didn’t show it "

"Exceptional hotel. Clean room. Courteous staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice spacious rooms. Only problem i experienced was NOT with the actual room, it was with the booking through Expedia. Traveling with a family of 4, including a child so space was very valuable for a 2 night stay. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, a sofabed, and balcony. Room was confirmed by Expedia. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff kindly informed me that they did not have such room available that I booked. They offered me the option to take a room with a 1 bed, a sofa bed, and no balcony or cancel altogether. I opted to take the available room since it was a nice hotel and didn’t have time to find something else. To be fair, the hotel tried to contact me to tell me about the problem but I did not get the message until after I arrived. Needless to say, our sleeping arrangements and space was cramped. Not what we paid for. Asked about reimbursement but was told I would have to contact the third party. Contacted Expedia and spent more time than I anticipated trying to resolve the issue. All in all. Exceptional hotel. Disappointed in the booking experience through Expedia. Partially resolved. "
