"The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. "

Area very crowded, no parking near the restaurants. Way too much construction, area has too many tall buildings so close to one another. Beaches were gorgeous, restaurants good, but very expensive.

I love Santa Rosa Beach. Been here many times. Grayton Beach is gorgeous. Rosemary Beach is beautiful. Watercolor could be beautiful if you could get close enough to see it.

"Beautiful house and property, and perfect for our family! House was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Ashley was great to work with, very prompt to answer any questions I had. We had a wonderful week highly recommend this property for large families."
"This place exceeded our expectations! It is situated in an awesome and quiet location close to grocery, shops, food, and several beaches.
The place was clean, king bed and sofa bed were comfortable, the kitchenette was a perfect size and well-stocked. The host was courteous and responsive. Additionally, we enjoyed the pool in the evenings.
The building has an elevator and an ice machine. The elevator had a bit of a lag, but it worked and there were luggage carts available.
I was not sure what to expect regarding public beach access, but there are plenty of options around. The parking can be limited, so just be sure to have a couple of options as a backup. We visited mid-July and had no issues finding parking at about 10am. One of the afternoons we took a stroll in the Seaside and Rosemary Beach area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! "
"The natural wood work throughout, and decor was very aesthetically pleasing. Very comfortable bed. Loved having a small kitchen area in room. Pool area was nice. Staff was friendly and happy to help with anything. Definitely would stay again if ever in the area!!! "

"Home is cute and sweetly stocked take home goodies. Bring your own K cups if you want to brew coffee at house. It very much is a tiny home so you have to get creative on where to unpack / store luggage. Location cannot be beat! Easy breezy walk to anywhere you want to go in the Seaside shopping/dining/beach area. Also backs up to WaterColor and easy walk to their boathouse for paddle boarding. "

"The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for us all. The pool and outdoor seating was very nice. We had questions regarding trash and received a quick response.It was an easy and close walk to the beach as described. One negative was the public beach area was small and had limited space, therefore it was very crowded. Make sure guests are familiar with the Walton County beach guidelines.Overall it was great trip!!"
