"A 2.5 hr wait for valet parking before driving home. Granted, a text was sent out the prior day warning of possible delays, however, it didn’t say you would be stuck due to incompetence and lack of personnel by the parking company.
Disorganized, non caring, systemless, all of the above. Spoke to the hotel manager, who said he would help if he could, however, he had no power to do so.
Love the hotel itself, however, you’d be better off parking in a lot down the street rather than here, especially if you are leaving on a Saturday or Sunday."
