"The location is great, close to attractions and beaches. The facilities are clean organized and I like the decor. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the mirror lights in the bathroom continually flickered, probably needed to be replaced. But overall a great experience. "

"An older condo however it was very clean and peaceful. The views were breathtaking. Excellent location and we had a 2 bedroom condo with views of bay in every room. Customer service was remarkable. The manager was a God send understanding my mistake when booking. He assisted me with making my 70th Birthday very memorable. He was so nice and helpful. "

"It was very clean and tidy. Housekeeping did a fantastic job everyday. We are a family of five of which three are boys under ten. The front desk was so accommodating and professional. We will definitely be staying here again. Also, the boys loved the rock slide at the pool!"

"Had a great time at sand rose, close access to the beach, nice breakfast in the morning. Pool was a little smaller than I thought but it was pretty empty in the mornings. "

"Very convenient location and great shuttle service to Downtown. Also they provide bikes rental which is awesome to go around the island. The pool walls are very dirty, it needs to be deep clean. The room floor needs to be clean as well and the room towels are clean but they have a dirty color. "

"Overall, we really enjoyed our overnight stay. Hands down one of the best hotels in SPI. We've stayed in nearby hotels for almost the same price that failed in cleanliness and customer service. Although some minor issues were encountered such as limited towels and a/c difficulties in our room, customer service was quick to resolve our issues. Our room was clean, beds were very comfortable, staff was attentive to our needs, and our late checkout request was honored. We will be return soon!"

"This is a beautiful hotel with a special theme. Elegant finishes from the floor to the walls to the music. It all creates a fabulous ambiance. Go experience it. I would say it is more geared to adults. But there were a few kiddos in the pool. I am sure they enjoyed themselves. "

"The property was very clean, the breakfast was better than some of the other places I have stayed. I absolutely loved the courtyard setting, look and feel. Room was also very clean."

"Overall stay was good as expected.They were able to upgrade to beach view luckily But unfortunately the parking lot was too small and offsite parking was provided in a lot down the street 3 minute walk. Not a fan of my new vehicle left in a place unattended. "
