"Air conditioning worked great. But our stay in a “deluxe” room with 2 double beds was very uncomfortable. No blankets were provided (the “comforter” is more like a sheet) and limited pillows (4 thin ones), toilet paper (no back ups, just one on the roll), and towels (2 thin and small towels, could not even cover myself up with one) BOTH the comforters had holes in them, shower curtain was stained with blood, fridge was a mini fridge and lacked space, floors were dusty (dust storms are common in the area), and the space was less than I needed for my family of 5. Pool was closed “due to dust storm breaking the filter”."
