"Booking a Hyatt Regency, I assumed that I would have the same room amenities as any other full service property. This was not the case at this hotel. At check in, the front desk clerk said that they had 24 hour staff to assist me. I noticed at 10pm that there wasn’t a coffee maker or tea device in the room. When I called the front desk they offered to bring a kettle and tea, but a kettle with no tea was delivered. I tried calling the front desk and received a voicemail twice. I requested they call me back and never received a follow up call.
The hotel also lacks any room service. This is not a full service hotel, instead a limited service hotel like a Hampton Inn, but at least at a limited service hotel, the breakfast and coffee would be free. This hotel required payment for a cup of coffee or tea in their “cafe” in the lobby. Don’t be fooled by the brand. You’d be better off at a Red Roof Inn.
