"Extremely rude hotel staff across the board from the front desk to the elevator guards (the day-time guards were rude, the night-time guards were totally fine and kinder). Rooms are shockingly shabby and bathrooms are unacceptably filthy. The only two perks for this hotel are the location on Broadway and the fact that the restaurant, Friedman’s, is fantastic and has excellent food and waitstaff support. "

"Loved the Hyatt. Great location, great accommodations. Staff took such good care of me. Able to jump on subway and go anywhere plus so many options in walking distance. Didn't try the breakfast"
