"The staff was courteous and helpful.. We had 2 rooms reserved and had requested refrigerators for both rooms, well in advance. They were not in the rooms when we arrived, which only added to an already stressful travel day. Although, I did like that I was able to text the staff and get it resolved quickly. I feel at that price point a refrigerator and little coffee machine should be a given. It was nice to sit out in front at the tables, the area was nice and there were many places to go...
"The room was to be expected - exactly as the photos show. Hot water was hit or miss (I assume based on how big the hotel is). There were multiple moments through the stay when the fire alarm went off. Some guests walked down 29 flights of stairs during these times."
