"Comfortable pillows!! The breakfast was basic (bagels, cereal, toast and milk) and no swimming pool, but comfortable and well maintained!"

"This property is in need of a makeover. The beds need new mattress. Our 1st room was handicapped and only had a pedestal sink. There was no vanity, therefore, no place to put your toothbrush , shaving cream, etc. the beds were terrible. After a really bad night of little sleep we ask for another room. The staff found another room and the beds were somewhat better. The atrium is beautiful and buffet breakfast is good."

"Everything was pretty much good. It would have been helpful to have a table with at least two chairs (to play cards or a game or something / also to eat at) in the room as well as a sitting chair. The room can accommodate at least 4 people, however there was only one wooden chair. Restaurant served a good meal, however only one waitress with every table filled = long wait."

"The receptionist did a big mistake giving our room to my son and his family because we’re sharing same family name. My son was booked a suite with 2 rooms and we booked a one room suite. He arrived before us and checked in our room. So to fix the problem take lots of time. Although we booked this hotel because they have a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. When we arrived we discovered swimming pool was closed because the distribution company didn’t come to put the chemicals to open the swimming pools."

"-Key never worked 0/5 attempts. Had to go down from third floor each time with an elevator that worked half the time. -place looked like a hurricane went through it. -gym and pool closed. No mention of this prior or even at check in. -even the stair case was closed. Again maybe a mention of this prior to checking in would be nice. -with all this somehow the place was packed. Must have been no transparency with anyone."
