"Did an overnight trip to see a band play the grog shop. Place as described, easily within walking distance. Just know that Cleveland buildings are older, so no real central air or heating. "

"This is a nice clean place. If you are considering it, be sure to read the reviews. It is 3 levels, no bathroom on the first level, which did not matter to use, but it may if you have mobility challenges. First impression on driving up was kind of negative as the exterior could use a little attention. In looking at the photos, you may think this is a newer build, but it is an old duplex. Again, perfectly fine and well done, but the photos on-line give you a little different impression. One note to possibly improve the place would be to have chain locks or a hotel style interior latching lock on the doors. "

"Nice quiet neighborhood which felt very safe. The location worked well for day trips to the sites we were visiting. Arriving at the home just before sunset we noticed the yard was overgrown. No clean towels so we had to purchase some. Messaged the owner who was surprised to hear there weren’t any towels. She reimbursed us for the cost of the towels and the cleaning fee, which was nice. The next day upon returning home we found the city had tagged the front door with a violation notice for the unkept yard. Sent the owner a copy of the notice. She had someone there in the morning to cut the grass. The house has great potential but could use more attention. Owner was easy to work with and responsive."
