"This was probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in!"

"Property seemed a tad dingy, scuffs on the walls, shower curtain was damaged. Pillows were terrible. Breakfast was excellent with a nice selection of hot foods, waffle station, cereals and yogurt, fruit and pastries. My husband thought the coffee was excellent. Very interesting design with the rooms looking down into the lobby/reception area. Cute display of decorated pumpkins"

"Room was clean"

"رائع جدا"

"Very clean updated"

"Tub was not clean. Able to switch my room. Second tub was also not clean. No body wash In Dispenser. Tv had a crack in it. Staff was very nice. Breakfast is subpar and waffle maker was not working. Beds are comfortable"

"Bath towel, hand towel, face towel & a wash cloth in each room-had to lean hard on the front desk to get extra; more of a headache than it’s worth-Will not go back."

"Heater was quiet."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! We were given a dirty room hair and pee on the toilet someone else’s clothing in the room candy in the coffee pot tray stains on the sheets! Floors were not even swept, also called ahead of time to see if pool and hot tub were in clean working order and they assured me they were and pool was heated and neither were true! They offered full refund when checking out less than 30 minutes after arriving ( they offered other rooms which were in the same condition even a door...

"WE ONLY BOOKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT HAD A HOT TUB!! WHEN WE CHECKED IN NO ONE TOLD US IT WAS NOT WORKING. AFTER HIKING AT CUYAHOGA NATIONAL PARK ALL DAY WE REALLY WANTED TO SOAK IN THE HOT TUB...BUT IT WAS NOT WORKING!!! MANAGER SAID HE WOULD AUTHORIZE A REFUND THRU EXPEDIA. THATS MY NEXT STEP"
