"Un hotel que sin dudas volveria! Mejor aun de lo que se ve en las fotos. Se destaca por las hermosas visuales y la gran amabilidad de todas las personas que trabajan alli. Las actividades son muy buenas y variadas. Hay multiples opciones para todas las edades. La comida es un 10, super variada, rica, y abundante, hay para todos los gustos. Las habitaciones muy comodas tambien. Lo univo que no es tan bueno es la playa."

"Everything was Great. Staff was amazing! I forget this guy’s name he made us drinks and he was serving drinks at night on feb 24. He is such a sweet person! We wanted to say by before we leave but i guess opposite shift!! The front desk crew was so sweet!! Every-time we needed something it was delivered in room pretty fast!"

With multiple cuisines available, it never felt repetitive, even over several days. "Everything was perfect! Our butler, Denisee and customer service supervisor Fernanda made the experience extra special but all the staff were outstanding. My only issue is with the lack of sound proofing in the rooms. This resort is absolutely beautiful and relaxing though! I will come back and book serenity again!"
