"Most of the staff’s hospitality, especially at the front desk and in the breakfast hall (restaurant), did not match the hotel's elegance and standards. A simple smile would have made a big difference. That said, the lady, Hengame, and the SPA staff were easily approachable and provided excellent service."

"One of our best ever hotel stays. Wins for the incredible staff who make anything happen, the indoor pool, the breakfast buffet and the beautiful views of the Bosphorus. Not right in the heart of the action but the tram is a 10 minute walk away which we found fine. Highly recommended"

"As well as the overall cleanliness, the room looked great – appropriately styled for a couple’s getaway with a wonderful view of the city and Bosphorus. The staff were exceptionally helpful, kind and went out of their way to provide for a few extra needs we had. "

"Beautiful hotel. Wonderful room and bathroom. Fabulous views. Great staff. The rooftop bar is incredible but expensive. I wasn’t able to use my Expedia gold members 20% discount that was advertised to me as it was a different company. The breakfast is amazing but unfortunately I didn’t book it when I booked the room. It was a lot more expensive to book breakfast there so we only did for one morning. Again I wasn’t allowed my 20% discount for that either."

"The hotel is very clean, offers a very good breakfast. It is at walking distance to the Taksim metro station and walking distance from the main commercial walking street. The staff is very nice and helpful."
