"This is a great location for couples booking a NYC getaway. While there are some rough areas nearby, it is mostly very charming and safe."

"Everything was great!"

"Helpful staff, clean rooms. Great fitness center and breakfast option."

"Excellent location, good selection of breakfast items, helpful staff"

"Great classic NYC hotel. Centrally located and has a great cafe downstairs (you get a 15% discount voucher for the cafe when you check in). We are NY’ers who moved to Long Island and needed a room for one night as we were attending an event. We had a great time-the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend, especially at the nightly rate!"

"Clean and tidy. Perfect location for getting around Manhatton."

"Excellent customer service, staff very friendly and Jennifer was very nice with us during all our stay! Truly recommend"

"Best hotel ever"

"Clean room and nice amenities. But old property. Our a/c wasn't working properly. Room was tiny. Very expensive for what you get."

"Gute Lage im FiDi, und viele Subway Linien in Laufnähe. Sehr bequemes Bett, sauber, gute Wasserdruck in Dusche. Sehr freundliches Personal."

"Excelente ubicación, muy buen hotel."

"Kind and helpful staff don’t really feel the need to review the facilities because that’s just corporate crap"

"Comfy beds, clean washroom, prime location, friendly staff"

"My room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect. It's less than 5 minutes away from Madison square, the subway is one block away and many great markets and restaurants are steps away. The staff was very helpful, especially Emily."
