"This is a very beautiful and brand-new hotel. The decor is lovely, the rooms are clean, and the food at the buffet is of a high standard. We stayed here for nine days and visited the various restaurants—the Steakhouse, the Italian, and the Japanese—and everything was delicious. Special thanks go to the staff members who organized various games and contests; our children were absolutely delighted. We enjoyed everything immensely; the only minor drawback is the hotel's compact grounds—if you are hoping to take an evening stroll around the property, that isn't really possible here, as the territory is quite small."

"Hotel its not bad, Room was small and since the begining they try to give me a diferent room even know i pay for room with ocean view and they give us in the very beginning a room with vie to the pool and i ask they person helping us that i had pay for a ocean view not pool and she told me that i didnt get that and if i want to get that room it will cost me another $465 dollars extra and i say no and she quickly reply let me see what can i do for you she was trying to get her commission i guess cause at the end she end up giving us the room that i pay for it no the one they give us by that time i knew it that all this deal was shaddy after all room was nice and clean but way too small and the food was awful and the person who was sitting people in the buffet was arrogant and didnt make sense that we were only 2 persons and they were plenty of the table a the very beginning and the room was not even full she sat us all the way at the corner everytime we went down to have food morning,lunch or dinner i ask for a decaf coffee and they give me a regular twice in a row same night i suffer from anxiety that was bad night for me the soda or drinks werent even taste like regular sodas or the food had a taste o flavor at all so dissapointed that i had to go eat somewhere else to me and my wife .I personally will never stay again in that place lots of money down the drain that i pay for it if i can rated the Hotel 0 Stars i will give them -0 Lady Name was TEFANY 0 STARS FOR EVERYTHING."

"Get to the pools early, as it is a hot spot, but a good time, we met great people and that made our trip! Beach is beautiful and a good time as well! … huge shout out to the amazing staff there that made our vacation very special. "For an all inclusive hotel, the fridge was empty when we got there, there 4 of us in the family and the fifth day we were there they gave us one towel for everyone to use and it upsets me therefore I had to call the desk to request for more, they were nice enough to bring us some towels. also bottle water was limited, there was one day where they only gave us one bottle water therefore before we go back to the room we always ask for bottle water at the pool bar. Staff were great and friendly. Also food was always the same nothing different for breakfast , lunch and dinner (this is buffet) they only had 2 restaurants in the building. Another thing for families with kids, apparently kids are not allowed in the pool bar because the bar staff stated it is only for adults but when time came local people with kids were allowed to be in the pool and my kids were not therefore my husband was so upset and we thought that what kind of service is this. I didn’t know that they have this type of people working in this hotel. I wish we were told when we checked in that the kids are not allowed in the pool bar area so we know where we can place ourselves. Also another thing was , we didn’t know as well that to use the facility in the beach area like the cabana, you have to pay extra, those type of things should have been mention to us, so we are aware of what we need to pay or not to pay. We felt like we were all looked at all the time. It was uncomfortable to even chill anywhere where"
