"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"This place is fabulous for the people that wants to have a jungle full experience."

"Tiene una excelente ubicacion. Todo queda cerca, cebtro comercial, lugares para comer y sobre todo la playa."

"Excellent établissement. Personnels très agréable. Je recommande fortement. Nous avons pris un supplément petit déjeuner chaud avec des œufs, omelette… vraiement EXCELLENT. Les hôtes nous avaient même préparés un feu de bois à côté de nos tentes et fournis des bonbons à faire griller. Les tentes était équipé de ventilateurs à l’intérieur."

"Beautiful property. Smaller in size and easy to navigate, which was exactly what we were looking for. Staff and food were amazing!"

I booked a 9 night 10 day vacation and Platinum staff told me no menu restaurants were available for my entire stay and I would have to eat at the buffet every day. "The property is very well located in Puerto Morelos with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Daily cleaning for additional charges, but they offer new towels if you’re available at the time. Internet was not working during my 4 days stay."

"Ok"

"Best resort you will ever stay in. Quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. You will enjoy the pools and beach. While seaweed is a problem throughout the Mayan Riviera the Edition probably does the best job of keeping the beach clean and pristine."

"This is a really hard review to write. The staff tried so hard to make sure everything was good, but at the first sign of us not being satisfied - they turned on us. You could tell we were “that Expedia couple who only gave 4 stars”… The beach is unusable and the seaweed is literally out of control… like 2-4ft high piles on the beach… right in front of the diamond club. Completely disgusting to look at and to smell. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you are going for a beach holiday- this is not...

"The staff and manager Dafine was very hospitable"

"This is a small, beachside hotel. Very cute, it was clean and staff was so nice. They have a great restaurant downstairs."

"Great place"
