"The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at . Our room was always cleaned and stocked up. Staff was amazing and friendly. The saddest part of my trip was having to go. My second time returning and I love it ! Will definitely be coming back and always."

"Muy buena atención y servicio del personal como Miguel y pedro la comida"

"A great property. It is a condominiums building, beach front in the Hotel zone. I liked it. Rooms and bathroom was very clean. Premses were clean as well. Rooms has a Kitchenette. Good lightning, comfy beds. Restaurant was ok. I wold stay again"

"Hotel bonito, limpio, personal amable. Lo único es que no hay nada cerca de restaurantes o tiendas. Solo las mismas del hotel"

"El snack bar de la piscina cerraba más temprano que la misma piscina, las reservas de los restaurantes siempre estaban llenos y les daban prioridad a un plan vacacional que venden ellos...."

"Place was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Anything we asked for was taken care of promptly. Plus you can use the facilities in the other solaris establishments next door. Their all connected. The all inclusive was pretty good. The food at the restaurants was good and there are a bunch of different ones. Def would recommend if your looking for an all inclusive place to get away in cancun."

"Staff members need better communication skills in costumer services"

"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately the hotel has had no changes or upgrades. I wasn’t able to log in to the WiFi and the tv only has news channels. But I guess for paying $58 Dlls a night that’s all you get."
