"Beautiful room at the top floor with an incredible view of the bosphorus. Desk staff were uniformly wonderful and helpful. My wife complained that the air-conditioning was blowing on her and they came and changed the orientation of the ceiling. Grid to make it blow in different direction. Also, the breakfast was varied and delicious. Only two downsides: don’t use their service to do laundry, it’s expensive and badly done. Also our toilet seat broke, and the manager was obnoxious and wanted us to pay for it. The lovely woman at the front desk, however, said that that’s ridiculous and didn’t charge us.."

"Great location. Beautiful facilities. Comfortable Beds. Spacious rooms. The breakfast selection is the same each day. You can get eggs omelettes waffles and pancakes made to order. However, the service at breakfast is not at par."
