"The main selling point of this hotel is its location. You literally step outside, walk a short block, turn a corner and find yourself in front of Hagia Sophia and multiple other prime attractions. And the hotel’s rooftop restaurant has amazing views of everything. Everything else about this hotel was also good. The staff was very attentive; they handled our check-in and checkout while treating us to tea and coffee. The room was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint was bad weather, but that’s not really up to them. Would certainly recommend it."

"This was my second time staying at Titanic City Taksim, and it was just as wonderful as my first visit. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my time there. The breakfast was also a highlight. There was a great variety of fresh options, and it was a perfect way to start each day. One thing that’s especially important to me is cleanliness, and the room absolutely met my expectations. Everything felt well maintained and spotless, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The location is another major plus. It’s within walking distance in both directions to so many fun things to do, from restaurants and shops to local attractions. I would highly recommend Titanic City Taksim and would happily stay there again."

The moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality that immediately set the tone for our visit. • The team was consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help. • We were greeted with a comforting cup of apple tea, a thoughtful touch that made us feel instantly at home. • The hotel’s ambiance carries a distinct Turkish charm. • The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from the train station, making it easy to get around. • The surrounding neighborhood is full of charming shops and excellent restaurants. • One of our favorite moments was enjoying a delicious kebab dinner at a nearby spot recommended by the staff. Our time at Hotel Emerald Mansion was wonderful in every way. The combination of warm hospitality, inviting atmosphere, and a fantastic location made our stay truly memorable. We would happily return on our next visit and highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Istanbul. "

"The hotel will not offer a credit or voucher for missed check in with a valid reason. Don’t expect a quick email response on the weekend neither. It took three days for a response to my email. There is a non refundable policy which is not spoken about or given at time of booking…be aware! "
