"Our room was very nice, clean and quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and being next to Grand Central Station offered plenty of transportation opportunities. We also liked the location near Bryant Park as well. There are lots of restaurant options nearby, and the area is very walkable. We loved everything about our experience other than the lack of view from our room on the 8th floor, and the absence of a mini fridge. However, the rooftop lobby was fantastic! Another bonus is...

"I’ve stayed 3 times and find that the rooms are fairly spacious compared to other NYC hotels in the area. Staff are good though it’s somewhat self service hotel. Elevators bank has 4 elevators so not much waiting."
